Presumably a much enlarged and improved version of Lang's more common A Paper on the Resources and Capabilitites of Texas, published the same year. "Published by the South Western Immigration Company of Austin. Much on West Texas, the Panhandle, the cattle industry, and an interesting reference to petroleum which traces the course of an underground river of oil"--Eberstadt 128:531.
